I was referred to the practice for extraction of two teeth. However, once in the chair, the dentist discussed which two teeth were to come out, but queried one of them (as there was no tooty there ). I explained that it was definitely the one that he could see, but this was different to the one on the request form ? They tried to contact my dentist to confirm, but couldn't get hold of her. As a result, I could only have one of the teeth removed on this visit. The staff apologised & explained their predicament, to which I fully understood.

I was seen on time, the dentist explained the procedure and once the anaesthetic had kicked in, he extracted my tooth !

I had a scale and polish today. I joined the practice 2 weeks ago. The appointment was only 1 week away, which was good as was suffering with an inflamed gum due to a receding tooth.My initial appointment was a check up and X-rays.
My teeth and gums look a lot better and am very pleased with the treatment today. The dentist was very professional.

I had my teeth done at synergy in great Harwood my dentist was raza hes made me have a beautiful new smile I was not very confident with my teeth before hand and now I really love them thankyou to his assistant soniya and Kelly who were both amazing and lovely any questions I needed answered about my teeth journey were answered

"I cannot recommend Synergy Dental enough. I had been in searing pain for five days and hadn’t slept for 48 hours when I was referred here for a complex extraction that my regular dentist couldn't handle. One of the teeth was broken too,, making it an incredibly awkward job, and I was feeling very anxious.
Dr. Ethan Simpson was fantastic—pleasant, professional, and deeply caring. He numbed the pain and had both teeth out in no time with absolutely no pain at all. It was a brilliant service and I honestly wish this could be my permanent dentist. If you are nervous or in pain, this is the place to go."

So happy I contacted this clinic 3 months ago after having a disappointing experience in turkey, all the staff have been amazing from reception staff who greet you with a lovely smile all the way up to the implant surgeon dr Karim, he has been so amazing helping me get my smile back when no one else would. Cannot fault this clinic at all. I was made to feel so comfortable from he minute I walked in, communication second to none, I would recommend this clinic to all 100 percent, keep up the good work 😉

I have recently had composite bonding done by Afzal and my entire treatment journey from start to finish has been fantastic. Every member of staff who dealt with me, even just on a phone call were extremely professional, kind and patient. I was always made to feel like numero uno customer. They are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Afzal and Kelly literally have changed my life. I trusted Afzal in his judgment and decision making completely and I was correct in doing so. He has done an amazing job and I feel fabulous. Thank you for making me look fabulous and giving me back my self confidence.

Had an appointment today for a tooth extracted. All staff were professional and made me feel very relaxed.
On arrival, a patient who had just seen the dentist, was waiting for her daughter in the waiting area. The receptionist, Simra could see she was distressed and called her daughter and walked the patient to her car. It was lovely to see someone that was soo caring and going that extra mile.
