I had my first appointment at Synergy Dental Macclesfield today.
From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted with a friendly smiles and a welcome to the practice.
My dentist was Nush and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable after explaining I was a nervous patient. Nush was friendly and talked in a calming and reassuring manner. I am so happy to have changed my old dentist to Synergy, after years of bad experiences and this making me not want to attend appointments. I now feel happy and comfortable with someone.

I was very nervous when I got there for periodic scaling I’ve put off the appointment for months. This is why my experience is 4 stars . Asma and the lady with her put me at ease and explained everything and all the options . But anyone reading this should not feel nervous at all . I know my next visit will be 5 stars as I won’t be nervous anymore .

I cannot thank a member of staff that has helped me enough! Kirsty you are amazing and a credit to the company! After not visiting a dentist in a long time, I was so scared! but Kirsty was so kind and patient with me. I struggle with phone calls because of anxiety but Kirsty suggested contact through WhatsApp which helped me massively to be brave and take the first steps to getting my teeth fixed. No other dental practice in leyland has shown such patients, compasion and understanding. It really means the world when you struggle with mental health and are terrified of the dentist. For the first time in my life I'm actually looking forward to my next dentist app and to start my dental journey after years of neglect and hiding.

Very professional and educational. They assess and explain what the issues are and treatment options. From receptionist to dental nurse and dentist they are all informative and willing to help. I would recommend to anyone. They've been superb with my teenage daughter.

I had a very nice experience with my dental check up appointment today. I was running 10 minutes late & didn't think that the dentist would still see me but he did! The dentist I saw was a very pleasant & informative clinician. I came out of my appointment feeling that I had received excellent dental care.

During my post gum disease, I suffered greatly from internal bleeding, gum swelling, and overll poor oral health. The dentist (Dr Asma) gave me much vital advice to me which led to my improvement in oral health and my mouth just becoming healthier. The facility has really friendly and communicative staff who made sure I got the right treatment and took care of my mouth while at home.

Took my four children today the staff were amazing from the receptionist to the dentist and nurse. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience for my children to the point my four year old wants to go back to see the dentist 😁

My dentist was patient, effective and responsive to where I was at. She took time to explain what was happening and what the plan of action was. A really superb experience. The front desk is run very well indeed and again a welcoming atmosphere prevails. For someone who has anxiety about dentist visits these people are really getting it right. I would recommend this practice and I am glad that I found and joined the practice.
