I was treated for a crown at the Macclesfield surgery and was very happy with the service. My dentist was Cameron and both he and the dental nurse were very professional. The temporary crown was a perfect fit and I have the permanent one fixed tomorrow. I will continue to use them.

I have neglected my teeth for many years as I have a fear of going to the dentist however when I finally went to Synergy dentist I was put at ease as all procedures were explained fully and the lady dentist who treats me has been very patient with me and caused me no pain , I now feel very comfortable going to have work done on my teeth .

I have to admit that I was so positively surprised with professional approach. Using new technologies my root canal treatment was reduced from 2 visits to 1 30 min treatment. Amazing

Having been to the same dentist for a number of years I was a little apprehensive about making the change.
I was keen to get my general health checked out but curious about cosmetic options but these are a bit expensive for me just now.
I need a couple of fillings which are expensive and I just feel there’s a little bit of pressure to have additional treatment such as teeth whitening. I’d love to, but I could easily have left with a treatment plan of around £1000 which I can’t afford just now.
Payment plans E.g Denplan would be useful to help spread the cost.

Great service. Staff were polite, warm and welcoming. My treatment was explained clearly and I left feeling very positive and assured that I will receive good care. Only issue I was called in late but again, apologies given and the good service more than made up for the shortish delay

I am having an old root filling redone under the advice of the dentist, had my second treatment/procedure which lasted approximately an hour. I can honestly say I really don’t like going to the dentist, however the dentist and his assistant made me feel at ease even though the procedure was quite in-depth as my old tooth needs building up. Happy with my care and treatment.

Went for check up at Blackpool branch, got up sold to £495 teeth whitening, when I rang to book I got transferred to a dead line, re rang and they took my money and booked me in, no email or text as receipt, ok service so far , waiting to get then whitened.

Always found the dentists at Synergy Dental Blackpool to be professional and honest. They don't insist on work you don't need, they are very personable and communicate options to you well. The reception staff are efficient. My only constructive criticism is the cleanliness of non-clinical areas. The handrail up the stairs is sticky, there's dust visible in all the corners, there's a dirty footprint that's been on the wall for over 6 months, and after my last visit I found a flea bite on my leg. It's a shame because the practice is excellent.

My first visit to Synergy in Adlington, Lancs was nothing but amazing. from the moment I walked in through the door I felt that I was a valued customer. I was given an I pad to complete my details and once done shown to the waiting room on the first floor.
once in the dentists room I was treated very well by the female dentist and her female assistant. Everything was explained clearly to me along every step. The cost breakdown was also explained in detail.
I was shown back to the reception desk where I made another appointment with ease. Before I left the premises I received a text with the details of my next appointment. Superb service. Thank you.

A welcoming experience - did just what I wanted
The practice staff were friendly and welcoming, the dentist I saw listened to my concerns, was really friendly and explained the processes for what I wanted (Invisalign package). He talked me through the process and was clear about costs and how it would work etc so I could make a fully informed decision. I am still waiting to start my Invisalign journey but the first appointment was exactly what I wanted it to be.

I have been very self conscious of my smile for a very long time and I get very anxious when I have to go to the dentist. From my initial consultation my mind was put at ease and I haven’t experienced the anxiety I have when visiting other dentists. I’m only at the beginning of my new smile journey(week 16 of 39 braces) but I’m confident that with Synergy Dentists help I’ll get a smile I can use and not hide behind my hand.

I cannot praise you enough. I was embarrassed by my teeth and rarely smiled but with the wonders you perform at last I can smile. Your staff are always pleasant and greet us with a smile nothing is too much trouble for them to provide us with our needs.

I visited the Haslingden branch yesterday to have two fillings and a clean; the staff were polite and helpful and the dentist was lovely; she was gentle and explained everything that was going to happen. Highly recommended!
