Spa Ritual at Brampton Manor

Fancy a treat this summer.... a Spa Ritual at Brampton Manor is the perfect indulgence.  A Spa Ritual includes a back massage, back exfoliation, facial and hand & foot massage whilst your mask is on.

I was lucky enough to be treated to a Spa Ritual on Wednesday and met with the lovely Therapist Rina.  After settling down on the massage table my first treatment was the back massage, a deep tissue massage, which is designed to relieve tension in the muscle.  This type of massage focuses on the muscle located beneath the surface of the top muscle and you could truly feel it working and lots of knots were popped!

Next was the facial and Rina asks and talks to you about skin type and any problem areas, so the facial can be tailored to your needs.  As a result I had a steam facial, so whilst I was being cleansed and massaged and the mask being applied, a steam machine was being moved and focused on different areas of my face.  Whilst the mask is on, you are treated to a hand and foot massage (although I hate my feet being touched... so Rina kindly gave me a scalp massage instead!)

Afterwards to really make the most of your treatment Rina advises to drink lots of water, not put any makeup on for the rest of the day but at least 4hours and to treat yourself to a warm bath to aid  the massage before bed (I don't need telling twice!)  All in all an extremely enjoyable experience and I was left feeling 'floaty' and totally relaxed, just what I needed!

The Summer Holidays needn't stop you either... You get FREE use of the Creche with every treatment too!  So you can have a nice relaxing break and treat whilst the kids are entertained.  Further the treatment room has two beds so you can enjoy the treatment with a friend or even as a romantic treat for couples!

Finally there is an offer on the Spa Ritual until the end of the month for £45 instead of £65, a great gift idea or special treat for you!  Check out all of thecurrent offers at Brampton Manor now.
