You will remember that Grassmoor Primary School came 2nd in the UK wide competition to win a new playground…. After narrowly missing out they are determined not to let this stop them and are holding a variety of fundraising events to help realise the childrens' dream playground.
A Charity Auction Evening is being held on Sunday 30th October at 7:30pm at the CASA Hotel. Tickets are just £20 each which includes food and entertainment on the night. Support for this cause has been absolutely fantastic and shows community spirit is well and truly alive, with over 50 amazing prizes having been donated.
