Great day at the Frederick’s Ice Cream Gelateria in the Queens Park, Chesterfield on Sunday 24th June between 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm.
It will be a fun time for the children as Derbyshire author Arabella Star* launches her second book “Alfie the East End Mouse fights to save the Muscle Mouse Championships.” This book follows the adventures of Alfie, Augustus the Chatsworth Mouse’s cousin.
Arabella star* will be appearing at various events and book signings including Waterstones of Chesterfield throughout the summer, sponsored by Frederick’s Ice Cream of Chesterfield. There will be face painting, free gifts for the children, badges and pictures. Donations from the book sales and crafts will be given to Ashgate Hospice, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and the Julie Frederick Memorial Fund.
Come and join Arabella Star* along with her characters Alfie, Augustus and Amelia, Freddie Cat Whiskers and Marco the Italian Hokey Pokey Ice Cream vendor. A super day for all the family. Free entry for everyone.
Arabella star* will also be storytelling and selling her books at the Family Fun Day on Monday 4th June at Allendale Playing Fields between 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm.
