This new service is being rolled out across the UK and is replacing the NHS Direct service. It has now been launched in the Chesterfield and Bolsover areas.

When you call NHS 111 your condition will be assessed immediately and you will not need to be called back. If further help is deemed necessary then you will be passed straight through to the relevant service.
