    04/05/2016

A forum for discussion Ruby Wax is a much loved US born comedian, actor and writer based in the UK. She has also become a mental health campaigner and gained a Masters degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University. This event is a follow up to her sell out touring show, and best-selling book, Sane New World, which helps us understand why we sabotage our sanity with our own thinking. The Forum is an opportunity to engage in discussion with Ruby to explore further the power of mindfulness practice and how it can be applied in daily life. This event is your passport to a saner living. She might not be sane herself but she does a pretty good imitation.

    Taurus

You`re content to let matters progress at their own pace. If you stifle your feelings for too much longer, though, your chance to be heard will have passed. The weather is fine out on that limb. Even taking a small step toward your goal will bring you a sense of contentment. Avoid debating petty issues. You are secure in knowing you are fulfilling your promises. Plan for a social evening. When was the last time you splurged? You deserve a nice dinner with your partner or a close friend.
