A forum for discussion Ruby Wax is a much loved US born comedian, actor and writer based in the UK. She has also become a mental health campaigner and gained a Masters degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University. This event is a follow up to her sell out touring show, and best-selling book, Sane New World, which helps us understand why we sabotage our sanity with our own thinking. The Forum is an opportunity to engage in discussion with Ruby to explore further the power of mindfulness practice and how it can be applied in daily life. This event is your passport to a saner living. She might not be sane herself but she does a pretty good imitation.

The hilarious parody direct from the west end Graeme takes you on his own unique journey through the Seven Kingdoms. Unhappy with how his beloved books were realised for the TV series, he has taken it upon himself to show you how it should have been done. He doesn’t quite have the same budget, or as many cast members, or the performance skill required, but he’s sure George would approve – and that’s what matters. Recommended age: 16 years +
