Steak Night Every Wednesday! – 2 10oz Celtic Pride Rump Steak with Homemade Chips & a Side Salad with a Bottle of Wine is only £25 between 2 people at The Railway Inn in Llanpumpsaint.

Ammanford Junior Fun Run – Healthy Life Activities are the proud sponsors of this event again this year. It is open to all primary school children and last year it attracted nearly 200 children.

Tractor Trailer Tours – Join staff members at the National Trust – Dinefwr Park & Castle and learn all the magnificent animals around the estate.

Short Mat Bowls – Takes place once a week at Myddfai Community Hall & Visitor Centre at 19:00. New members are always more than welcome to join.

Father’s Night Racing – Why not surprise your dad to a night at the races this Fathers’ Day at Ffos Las Racecourse.

Guided Walk with our Ranger – Pollinators and Wildflowers – A guided walk between 12:00 until 13:00 at Dinefwr Park & Castle. This event is suitable for groups and dogs on leads are welcome.

Friday 19 June

Party on the PitchAn affordable and enjoyable day out for all the family at Tycroes RFC on the 19th & 20th of June.

Tropic Pamper Experience! – Organised by Squires Hair Designers at Burry Port RFC. This event will begin at 19:30. Join your friends for a fun, indulgence and the ultimate VIP shopping experience!

Saturday 20 June

Mad Hatters Tea Party & Summer Fete – At Llangathen Village Hall. Come along in a fancy dress if you want to. A number of activities will be available throughout the day. All the proceedings will be donated to the Llangathen restoration fund.

Welsh Game Fair 2015 – On at Pembrey Country Park on the 20th & 21st of June. Experience two whole days of exceptional countryside demonstrations and shopping opportunities.

Car Boot & Top Table Sale – Grab a great bargain at Myddfai Community Hall & Visitor Centre between 10:00 and 14:00.

Badger Watch – A popular evening at the National Trust – Dinefwr Park & Castle. Suitable for children who are 10 and over.

Classic Vehicle Road Run – Everyone is more than welcome to attend this event between in Carmarthen from 10:00 until 16:00.

Cwmaman Carnival – A variety of exciting activities to be enjoyed at this event at Amman Park in Ammanford.

Midsummer Concert – An evening of fantastic music at The National Botanic Garden of Wales. Tickets are £10 and £12 for non members.

1848 Fundraising Ball – Invest in the future of Llandovery College as it enter a new phase of development. Tickets are £45 each.

Sunday 21 June

Father’s Day Teddy bears Picnic – Enjoy a delicious picnic on the famous North Lawn at Aberglasney Gardens. Dads will receive a COMPLIMENTARY pair professional gardening gloves.

Burry Port Car Boot Sale – On every Sunday at the Marina Field between 10:00 and 15:00.

Father’s Day – This year all Fathers’ can come along to The National Botanic Garden of Wales for FREE.

Carmarthen Antiques and Flea Market – At the United Counties Showground near Carmarthen from 10:00 – 16:00. Entry is £4 for adults and free for accompanied children.

Charity Garden Crawl – Organised by the Ferryside Lifeboat. Cream Teas and other refreshments will be served throughout the day.
