When did you last contact your customers?
Was it after the sale? After the installation?
Do you call to check they are still happy with the product, your service?
Do you keep in touch with latest news and offers?

So When was the last time you REALLY looked at your customer service?
In fact do you know what your customers say about you? – Is it important?
Good customer service is one marketing tool you should not skimp on especially as you would have spent a considerable amount marketing to gain customers in the first place so why not nurture them as a part of your marketing strategy? 

Customers who have bought from you before and are pleased with the product or service are much more likely to buy from you again, but only if they know you are still in existence!
