So I am stuck at home and starting to get cabin fever – truth be told I was always going to do very little this week but now it is no longer voluntary!
I am putting together a seminar / workshop on the specific things that block owner managed businesses from growing. I have a list of topics in mind but I would really like to get some input from other businesses about what you feel are your 3 barriers to taking “the next step”. I don’t know about you but I think the next 6 months are going to be important to my business and a challenge to most of us. That is not to say that I think it is necessarily all bad, just that we are going to have to deal with a new set of circumstances and very cost conscious buyers – I think that small businesses are actually the best able to satisfy customers in this marketplace.
