I recently contacted Barrie Rees of Goldilocks Locksmiths. The key to our church had been removed from where it was usually kept and deemed lost. At very short notice, Barrie attended the church and unlocked the door and installed an insurance approved locking system. Barrie was punctual, professional and polite. I am delighted with his work and highly recommend him.

I recently contacted Barrie Rees of Goldilocks Locksmiths. The only key to our church in north Pembrokeshire had been removed from its usual place and was deemed lost. At very short notice, Barrie came out to the church, unlocked the door and installed an insurance recommended locking system. He was punctual, professional, polite and delivered a first class job. I needed a locksmith last Friday and was very pleased with the way I was dealt with both on the phone and in person. Everything was explained clearly and there was no hard sell. Barrie Rees of Goldilocks is very professional,with a reasonably price, he is also very efficient the way he goes about the job. Barrie showed us his references and police check. We would use him again, it is nice to know he only does what he has to. No hidden exrta charges.

Mr Rees telephoned me as agreed before hand to enable me to drive home from work, so no time wasted sitting waiting.
He got me into my home and explained exactly what had happened, part ordered on the spot and estimate given.
Arranged to return next day, same arrangements telephone call before hand.
Part replaced and door in working order.
No mess no fuss.
Pleasantly surprised at the bill.
