Services Available
At Cathays Library they have a range of services to use such as 15 public computers with free internet access, printing, DVDs for you to borrow, Newspapers, Talking books, FREE Wifi, a Childrens area, room hire, photocopying and scanning.
They also have a story time, rhyme time or Language and Play (LAP) sessions for under 5's.
