I have known Liz for some time and was persuaded to attend her pilates classes. Her passion for pilates is clearly evident and her warmth, enthusiasm, help and support during the class is impressive. I have worked muscles I didn't even know I had and as a result now have much improved core strength and posture which has helped greatly with a recurring back problem that I have. I would recommend that you sign up for a class near you - you will be amazed at the results!

The Sittingbourne Community College is a Local Education Authority school and has been associated with A.L.E Business Machines for the last 5 years. Prior to this association, the College had dealt with Kent County Supplies.
The equipment supplied by A.L.E has always been very reliable. Call-outs for service and maintenance have always been dealt with very promptly. Technicians are always knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and prompt.
We have always found the financial agreements with A.L.E easy to read and understand, with no hidden small print. We are not tied to a long-term lease or hire contract; we operate on the basis of a monthly agreement which can be modified to suit our changing needs, as and when required.
We currently have 6 printer/copier machines at the College and are currently investigating further print solutions with A.L.E in order to lower our annual printing expenditure.
