This coming weekend will see the 7th 'Lounge on the Farm' music festival, taking place at Merton Farm on the outskirts of Canterbury. The festival has come a long way since its first incarnation back in 2006, with last year seeing over 10,000 people counted through its gates.
This year the line up will include the likes of Emeli Sande, The Wombats and The Charlatans on the main stage, but also a strong showing of local talent - still part of the main ethos of the organisers.
Every year it gets bigger and better and is now knocking on the doors of some of the bigger, more well known summer festivals as an alternative venue, firmly putting Canterbury on the music map.
