Whistable Umbrella Funday
8th June 2010
... Comments

If you're looking for something to do not far from Canterbury next weekend, then the Whitstable Umbrella Funday on Sunday 20th June 2010 could be just the ticket.

This annual event raises money for the Whitstable Umbrella Community Centre, and is very popular each year.

From 11.00am until 5.00pm, the Whitstable Umbrella Funday is free to all and jam-packed with entertainment and activities.

As usual there will be a wide range of charity and trade stalls to choose from, and a fun fair for the children. Highlights for this year are due to be a fly past by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight team, and live music from Crooked Style. There will also be static displays by the Many Hoots Owl Rescue Centre, a perfect chance to wow the kids with Lurch the American Vulture.

WIth other activities like bungee trampolines, a plethora of food and hopefully some sympathetic weather, this year's Whitstable Umbrella Funday is a great day out for adults, children and all the family.

Located at Marine Parade, Whitstable.
