23rd March 2010
... Comments

This coming Saturday - the 27th - is to be a special Easter celebration day in Canterbury. Three locations in the city will be hosting FREE fun activities for children aged 3 to 12 and their families.
All the events have been arranged by the City Council's Community Development and Museum Services, Canterbury Library, and the Polish Association in Kent.

Spring Lane Neighbourhood Centre
Sussex Avenue
10am -12pm
Polish food tasting, egg and cake decorating Polish-style.
Free refreshments.

Museum of Canterbury
Stour Street
1pm - 4pm
Plenty of "fun and unusual" Easter activities from Britain, Poland and around the world.
Treasure hunt around the museum galleries.

Canterbury Library
2pm - 3pm
Traditional English and Polish story telling - "in a different way" - and Easter bookmark decorating.

Something for everyone it seems, and if you organise it right, you could drag the kids to all three!
