Can you help a local charity? Cruse Bereavement Care has just been announced as Charity of the Year by Sainsbury's Canterbury. The team at Cruse are understandably excited by this and are organising an event over 3 days (14th - 16th July) to acknowledge the support pledged by Sainsbury's.

Cruse Bereavement Care promotes the well-being of bereaved people and helps anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss. The services provided by Cruse are free to bereaved people and are greatly dependant on the time given by volunteers.

You can make a real difference by offering a couple of hours of your time on either 14th, 15th or 16th July to rattle a tin and help raise much needed funds for this fantastic charity.

Please contact Barbara Rogers, Fund-raising Event Organiser on 01227 470908 or 07763 073607 or email info@barbararogers.me.uk

If you are unable to give any time, why not drop by Sainsbury's and show your support by dropping a few coppers in the tin? At the very least it will give you a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.
