As National Bike week goes up a gear in and around Canterbury, there are a couple events still to come. A great way to see more of Canterbury, and meet like-minded cyclists.


Circuit Training for Cyclists
24th June 2010

Circuit training is a fantastic way to build all round fitness for bike week we will be aiming all of the exercises to help improve all of the areas need improving cycling fitness.

Downland Cycles Summer Nocturne Ride
26th June 2010

A fully led and supported night ride through South East Kent's rolling countryside and coastal areas. The ride has featured on BBC Inside Out Programme in 2009.
Leave 10pm from Downland Cycles shop having had hot drinks and cake to fortify you for the ride. Food stop with hot/cold drinks and snacks.
Return 06.30 to Wincheap cafe for breakfast.
Event £15 per person, includes pre event drinks and food stop  (cooked breakfast at cafe not included in entry fee).
USE Light hire £15 limited availablility so book early.
