In my last Blog post I said I was eagerly awaiting my first delivery from Food For Kent. Well it has arrived!
I must say that I am very happy with the whole delivery experience. The food was packaged well with all the chilled products arriving in an insulated box and the fresh items in a re-cyclable cardboard vegetable box. You do not have to be in to receive the delivery, just leave some instructions when you place your order telling the driver where to leave the order if you are out - Food For Kent offer to replace your delivery should it go missing and are keen to point out that this hasn't happened yet. The driver was also very amenable.
The products are fantastic! The meat has a great depth of flavour, the salad is so fresh and the strawberries in particular have a wonderful taste.
I am now hooked and am looking forward to choosing (and eating) my next order.
