Great Things In Store For The New Marlowe Theatre

As The New Marlowe Theatre enters it's final year of its biggest project yet - the extensive redevelopment of Canterbury's principle theatre - it's certainly worth taking a look at what's on.

Certainly as we enter autumn, there is a great selection of shows - including the 2010 pantomime - coming up.

The New Marlowe Theatre website gives details and booking information about fast approaching comedy shows, music, pantos, concerts and dance performances.

It's been amazing how, despite the massive disruption during the last couple of years redevelopment, The New Marlowe theatre has maintained a varied selection of entertainment and services within its somewhat flexible doors.

Consistently well supported are the Marlowe Youth Theatre and Marlowe Comedy Club, and the Theatre even subscribe to the A Night Less Ordinary scheme which provides free tickets to people under 26 for certain shows.

Anyone interested in how the development has progressed, with images, timelines, and artist's impressions, should check out the website.

Good luck with the final year of the project!
