Local publican Robert Whigham and his pub, The Red Lion at Stodmarsh, recently featured on Channel 4's Cutting Edge programme which is exploring the British public's fascination with the local pub by visiting Red Lions throughout the country.
The Canterbury Festival kicks off this Saturday (17th October) with the Carnival Parade at 5 pm and runs until 31st October. Throughout the two week period performers from a diverse and wide spectrum are featured at venues throughout our wonderful city.
