The service was excellent throughout, with one exception, the temporary car. Firstly I was left stranded 9 miles from home when my car was picked up and didn't get a replacement for nearly 48 hours. secondly, the replacement was a £10k Fiat 500 and I normally drive a £50k Audi. Pick up and collection was very good, polite and friendly.
