Used car friend for a good while, but I have to say, when faced with rectification work I was let down. After waiting 4 weeks I left the garage feeling let down, the attitude I’m afraid was hostile. The work hasn’t been rectified still, partly down to me not wanting to have another revisit as feel they just don’t get the issue. I’m really sure this is an isolated incident, as, Vicci, is a fantastic girl in the office, and usually the work is great.
They’ve done it again! Absolutely first class, seriously, I can’t even put into words how these guys are so much more professional than the others. Best part? They had the car nearly 3 weeks, and guess what? Not-one-scratch. And believe me, I’d know. 10/10 guys! 🥇🥇

Ok, so, used these guys once before as I have a Porsche, and were the only people local who would take the job. Service was, indeed, different. How? So methodical and write EVERYTHING down on the job sheet, which we get to keep. Even had diagrams! Was it a one off? Well, needed a thermostat In the Porsche, And there are other places possibly cheaper I could have take it to. However, after the exceptional service last time, I thought I’d give them my business again. Best decision ever. Same treatment, everything explained and the attention to getting the job right is unbelievable. I have a business connected to the motor trade so know exactly what in talking about. Car friend- 10/10.

Having a business with in the motor trade myself, I was shocked to find no one wanted to install upgrades to a vehicle, as it was a Porsche. However, car friend, had no issues at all, done the job, kept me informed, gave me all the notes afterwards too.
