I am a classically trained Pilates instructor with a private studio based in Hednesford. My studio contains classical equipment including the Reformer, Tower, Arm Chair, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector. Through Pilates I help people to move better by restoring correct movement patterns, improve posture by strengthening the entire body and increase flexibility by using the studio apparatus.
Pilates is for everyone whether you are recovering from an injury or want to practise Pilates alongside your current fitness regime.
