Head down to The Chase Leisure Centre any Friday afternoon and you’ll find the place alive with activity. There will be trampolining, swimming, dance, cycling, fitness sessions, golf and much more. Nothing out of the ordinary for the busy Stafford Road complex you may think. But these fully inclusive sessions are aimed at encouraging people with disabilities within the community to get out and get active. And they really work!
