After losing 2 ridge tiles in a recent storm I contacted SN Roofing. The initial prompt response got my hopes up, they attended my house within a couple of hours of the call and quoted accordingly. Was told the work would be completed the next day, midday the following day I called to get an update to be told "oh we're in Stoke today sorry... we'll do it tomorrow"... it didn't happen the next day. I text for an update and was told they can't do the repair in the rain which makes sense but calling the customer to tell them would be basic customer service. I text for updates the following 2 days and got no reply. They now don't even answer their phone to me. I contacted another roofing company on Best Of, they fixed my roof within 48 hours of calling them. I've not given them 1 star as I can't comment on the quality of their work, the rating is purely based on customer service and their complete lack of it.

Work to re-route guttering/downpipes off from the extension roof (as left by the builders) was corrected and done efficiently by Tom and his team. The half down pipe (other half of it fell off) caused so many leaks into our extension during heavy rain as the pipe couldn’t cope with the volume of water which caused it to seep out and get underneath the tiles, subsequently bringing water indoors through the ceiling.
The service we received was fast and reliable. It was executed neatly and handled with care. Therefore, we are very pleased with the results. The roof and pipe are no longer ‘eyesores’ and glad to say, no more leaks!
Additionally, we also asked for some tiles to be put back on our garage roof that slipped off. Tom sourced the materials we needed which saved us time looking for what we needed. Both Jobs have been done to an excellent standard.

'Good communication', the project was carefully planned even with us making a few changes during the build. A very high standard of plastering and electrical work. The plumber made an impressive job with the pipe work. My little dog made a very good friend with Mick one of the workmen. Thank you all for your hard work. It was very much appreciated.
