    I have now completed a number of sessions at OSP Gym and have loved each f them. I found the sessions very testing but that the group and instructors helped me throughout. I look forward to many more workouts here and I am sure I will continue to see increases in my performances as a result.

    Nuffield is a fantastic gym that allows me to complete a wide range of workouts thanks to the machines, free weights area and cardio equipment.     Body Image is for anyone. I started pole when I was 40 with no dance background. You don't have to be 20 and ultra fit or ultra flexible. Your fitness levels and strength build as you keep attending. Body image is up to date and moves with the times as new moves, spins etc are thought of they are taught at Body Image. Body Image also does Aerial hoop, aerial silks, cube as well as pole. Pole is about fitness not stripping in a club. Though you can now take part in a heels class and learn a routine for fun. I used to do all the aerial activities until having a prosthesis metal hip and thigh and a tumour on my spine, Claire is extremely knowledgeable and is providing me with excellent rehab classes, building strength in my leg and building strength in my core after stomach surgery by using the pole for rehab. Doing pole or the other aerial activities become your family all polers are friendly and support each other. You'll soon make new friends. Or you can be taught 1:1 until you feel ready to join a class. The only problem with pole is it's addictive, it's so easy to get totally hooked! Oh, you can also have photo shoots done showing your progress or join in a showcase and show your performance to friends and family. Body Image staff are all friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. It becomes a 2nd home.
