I have had about enough of these 4 months wait for a £1200 oven and still waiting they cant even be bothered to reply to emails or answer the phone this was showing as in stock when i purchased it but got told it was a mistake on there system i just want my money back now as this is in stock everywere else except here

I ordered a washing machine but was worried it would not fit. The service I received was excellent reassuring me that they would try their hardest to sort it out. The fitters were also excellent and did a superb job in installing the machine. Thank you for the amazing service I received.

We would like to pass on our thanks to the staff at Webbs. We had Smeg appliances and Bosch for our kitchen and they were very professional and provided all the information we needed. Caz who placed the order over the phone understood exactly what we need. Prices are very competitive and we would definitely recommend. The delivery man Simon arrived on time and kept us up to date on his eta. On arrival he kindly put the items in the appropriate place for us. Very happy customer

Bought a Shark vacuum from Alex at Webbs today. What an absolutely fantastic business! Alex really knew all his stuff on the products, the price was amazing and I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed with how customer focused the service was!

We were trying to replace a faulty fridge (not from Webbs) with a new one, and Lauren was the only person I had spoken to who was able to give us a delivery date as the Bosch Fridge we wanted was out of stock in most stores. We are roughly 200 miles from Webbs, but the Fridge was delivered on the date promised, and the guys were very helpful. Brilliant service from start to finish. EDIT: Don't rely on ordering online - phone the store and speak to somebody in person. Our Bosch fridge was shown as in stock, but it was the display model that could not be re-packaged for dispatch 200 miles. We had to wait about 3 weeks for it, and all other retailers were in the same situation, but we were kept well informed. Manufacturers are messing a lot of retailers around at present.

Bought a new vacuum for my sons first home in store today. The staff were fantastic, even putting it in the car for me. I felt really well looked after throughout my shopping experience with Webbs. They really knew their stuff and I was even more impressed with well they listened to what I was looking for. After some bad experiences with Curry's I'm so glad to have found a local company that truly puts customer service first !

Excellent service and communication throughout. Product exactly as described, arrived on time. Delivery driver rang ahead of arrival and very helpful with the unloading. Definitely use again.
