Located within the modern and unique Crayg Ward Hair Clinic & Beauty Therapy, Vitality Spa room offers a place of escape and relaxation with luxury spa facilities.

The spa room facilities available at Vitality Spa include a jacuzzi bath, infra-red sauna, steam room and waterfall shower. All located within a private space visitors to the spa enjoy exclusive use of the facilities to ensure complete relaxation for visitors.

The spa room facilities are designed to relax the body whilst also providing additional health benefits. The heat from the sauna soothes nerve endings and relaxes muscles which in turn relieves tension in the body and can reduce joint pain. Saunas have also been shown to improve sleep in users. The steam room will open up airways and can help breathing and alleviate congestion. Benefits are widely reported for asthma, bronchitis and sinus pain sufferers. The heat facilities also benefit the skin opening up pores, increasing blood flow and lymphatic circulation.

Visitors must bring swimwear and towels but robes are provided should guests wish to leave the spa room. The spa room is also accessible by wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility thanks to a lift and the use of ramps and lack of steps. Those with reduced mobility are invited to visit the facility to see the layout prior to booking. Minimum age 8 years, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Spa Room Prices

Classic Vitality Spa - Classic private hire of Vitality Spa for up to 6 people with full use of Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Infra-red Sauna. 

60 minute spa experience from just £40, 90 minute spa from £55, 120min £70 and 180 minute £100. Prices are per booking and can be for up to 6 people.

Princess Parties - Themed pamper experience for 4-10 girls aged 8 - 15 years. Package includes snacks, refreshments, use of spa, party bags, nails painted, hair styling, glitter tattoos, balloons, mini makeover and more. 10 weeks booking notice required. Call for availability and prices.

Spa Parties - Ideal for 4-10 people for any occasion including hen, stag, birthdays, baby showers etc. In addition to use of the luxury facilities you can tailor your party with custom add-ons including themes, balloons, snacks, party bags, manicures / pedicures, hair styling, makeover, face masks / mini facials, mini back massages. Bookings to be made 10 weeks prior to desired dates.
