Thank you for being so supportive of our fundraising event for Caudwell Children. Pippa, Rachel and the team have been amazing and thee venue was perfect for a live music event.

Well what can I say but a massive thank you for Friday evening….. the venue everything the girls, the steel band etc were truly amazing . Everyone pulled it out the bag to make it a fabulous evening . Your staff were 100% helpful.

Fab venue - Helen was so helpful with the organisation of the party and nothing too much trouble for Rachel ref food drinks entertainment and even balloons! Thanks girls everyone had a great night. Much appreciated.

Best Night Out Of The Year This is my 3rd consecutive year of attending and I can honestly say with some authority that this is the Best Burns Night this side of Hadrians wall. The whole evening is planned with perfection. The food is authentic, the entertainment fantastic. The staff attentive - a very well orchestrated event.

Went to a Christmas party night. Our party of four are all young 70 year olds but found it was not for us. The music generally was more like a rave though when the group came on they played some better stuff. There was a meal included, it was only ok and we didn't like it when waitresses were taking things from the table while we were still eating. In the past we had some great nights there but we won't be going back again. If we were 20/30 years younger it would probably have been a better night.

We are at the Family Christmas Party. We are seated by the bar with no walk through to the bar so everyone is barging us. My 5 year old and 2 year old didn't have any food in front of them until 3.30pm. After advising it would be 1.30pm. I have a 14 month old Daughter with down syndrome so when booking I checked to make sure she could be accommodated, basically the food cooked soft as she can eat what we all eat. I checked 3 times and was told yes. This was not true so she had no food. I spoke to Sharon the manager who basically called me lier. I showed her my phone for all calls and the call that they gave to me to check the menu. She walked away in a huff. A very lovely bar man I think his name was Bailey went to get the owner for me who refused to come out and speak to me about the discrimination shown against my daughter. I have 3 hungry children and 4 adults. The food was inedible, the vegetable ls were rock hard, turkey burnt etc. I am genuinely suprised that an owner wouldn't take the time to speak to an unhappy customer...... Only one of a lot as at least 10 people walked out with disgust. In this day and age an owner and establishment disgriminating against a special needs child is utterly disgusting. Leving children without food and being tottaly dismissed by the manager Sharon about the very upsetting situation just added to the attitude of we don't care. The owner Scott refusing to speak with me as he was to busy is shameful, the young barman asked again and again was told no or if u wait arounf for a few hours he might see me........ Oh if course and let my children be even hungrier. I also advised the manager that my son had boiling hot soup spilled down his back. As he was to busy to come out and speak with me I have called to request a call back as I want every penny of my money back. I have emailed our local MP and if I do not get my money back I will be taking him to small claims court.

We attended the Scottish family Burns lunch today, we go every year and definitely reccomend it, Sunday lunch was amazing, we have had a few sunday lunches at different places and never been up to scratch, Sunday lunch today was the best ive had in a while, vegetables cooked perfectly, beef was amazing, couldn't falt it. Thanks Scott and all the staff, we are always made to feel very welcome. Definitely worth a try if you want a good family scottish afternoon out.
