I have shopped for my beds with the bed shop for many years and have always been reasonably happy with my purchases , however my last purchase a divan, headboard & mattress the mattress costing about £600 , 3400 sprung with wool filling has failed on me with no support on either side and pushing out about 6 inches after just over 2 years old, went to the store to see if they could help and was told send some photos in and we will see what we can do.Went back after 4 days and was told that there was nothing they could as it is over 12 months old.So in other words tough luck, I have since gone elsewhere and bought another mattress and will never use The Bed Shop again. And I urge you not too either or at least get it in writing what guarantees they give you.

I recently purchased a head board from The Bed Shop. As I was in the process of moving house The Bed Shop kindly offered to store the headboard for me until Id moved as I hadnt got room to store it myself so this was a great help to me. The headboard itself is exactly what I was looking for and matches the bed perfectly (which Id also purchased from The Bed Shop). I have always found The Bed Shop to be extremely obliging, the salesmen do not pressure you but allow you to look around the shop first and offer help should you ask or need it. I would definitely recommend The Bed Shop.

Fabulous company. We loved the fact there was no hard sell or pressure to buy at this shop. Owner explained the various beds to us then left us to decide. Very easy ordering system, delivery explained, two man delivery, taken to bedroom and put together. All rubbish removed, ready for you to enjoy. Very polite and friendly delivery men too. This is a family run business and to us was so much better than the large chains we had used previously. We would recommend and definitely use again. Give them a try I'm sure like us you will not be disappointed

After being recommended to the bed shop in Cannock we have now used them twice. Both times the customer service and value for money has been excellent. Today was outstanding. We needed a new mattress following a ceiling collapse in our bedroom. Dale and his manager found just what we were looking for at a very competitive price. The mattress was in stock and we were able to collect. Excellent service from a local independent business!

Very displeased with the service. The bed arrived very late. We had to ring the shop to get any updates. When it arrived, it arrived incomplete, we called the shop and they said they would deliver the missing parts. We never heard from them again. Would not buy from here again.

I highly recommend this shop when looking to buy a bed! Very happy with the one I chose , the 2 fella's that delivered it were very pleasant & efficient , they took old one apart & put new one together , plus took all the packaging with them , great service !
