Snap is a fabulous place for both children (with needs) and adults alike. The children can play in a safe environment and the adults can be more laid back as they do so. The prices are well cheap for like snacks and hot drinks they even sell ice lols. The staff are friendly and polite as well as helpful should you require their help. As well as all of the above the place is nice and clean and the Decore is nice and up to date. The place is well kept! Good job guys! Oh ye guys just to add were a black family and have never experienced any discrimination.

Just to say what a fantastic place. We have been visiting here for the past three years-in all weather! with our autistic son, now his brother and sister are regular users and love it too. Fantastic resource, super staff, great facillities , great birthday party venue. Really worth a visit.

Great place for special needs children. Indoor play includes soft play with ball pit, crafts, toys (cars, dolls, musical instruments, make believe kitchen etc) and sensory room. And outside there is an adventure playground with plenty of equipment suitable for a range of abilities, a sand pit, bikes and sit on cars. Parents and carers have the facility to make hot drinks, squash etc. Lovely friendly place.

Such a lovely place! A large building with soft play, sensory room, piano, lots and lots of toys. Also an outdoor area with playground, trikes and more. Safe, low cost and a nice friendly relaxed atmosphere where you and your child will not be judged.

Went for a birthday party. My son loved it, indoor soft play was good and also the outdoor play area with the bikes and trikes were great too. Didn't realise the room could be hired out.
