Special Needs Adventure Playground based in Cannock.
SNAP is a charity with a Special Needs Adventure Playground on Pye Green Road in Cannock designed specially for children with special needs which has been successfully running since June 2003.
The facilities at Cannock's SNAP include both indoor and outdoor play equipment such as an aerial runway, cycle track, sand pit and diggers, soft play area, craft area and a multi-sensory room.
The emphasis for the Special Needs Adventure Playground charity is to provide a safe, secure environment with facilities and equipment to engage, interest and stretch children with a range of disabilities.
In addition to the benefits for the children SNAP also provides parents with a time to relax and be care free knowing their children are in a safe environment. Parents are able to meet other parents where they can discuss and share any problems and experiences with like minded people in a mutually supportive environment.
