From initial contact right through to final installation of the gas log burner fire the team were exceptional in their enthusiasm in their products. Guided us through what we needed to complete the look for our fireplace. Fitting was great and left us with a fire we are proud of. Thanks all at Rugeley Fireplaces and Stoves.

Rugeley Fireplaces and Stoves is a lovely shop with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I live on a narrowboat and they made it easy for me to replace the glass and whole new set of fire bricks for my stove. Great service, lovely people.Thoroughly recommend.

The service we receive from Emma and the team was excellent. Emma's knowledge and advice enabled us to pick the perfect fire and surround. Jason who installed our fire was very efficient and even hoovered up after himself. Thank you rugeley fireplaces for amazing customer service.

Always helpful when you pop in to see Emma and problem’s solved with little fuss.Had two gas fires from Rugeley Fireplaces and more than happy with the overall service offered therefore would highly recommend.As a addendum and having experienced problems with a Burley fire that is less than 3 years old and hardly used i have already spent over £200 on replacement parts and still not working the shop isn't concerned and neither is the fitter used by them who cannont solve the problem therefore i have adjusted my rating accordingly.Further addendum if I may,I would sincerely like to remove my rating against Rugeley fireplaces my heat of the moment brain wrongly accused Emma of being disinterested this clearly is not the case,you will always get first class attention and advice accordingly so for anyone reading please ignore my intermediate rant and I do standby what I originally said,5 star service guaranteed

Fantastic service from Emma in the shop and from Jeff the fitter (and his Dad). Ours wasn’t an easy job. It’s a very old house and access to the chimney isn’t easy. We had been to three other places and the problems they outlined made us quite nervous. All changed with Emma and Jeff who found a solution to every complication - all at a reasonable price too! Stove now been fitted a month and we are delighted with it. Many thanks.

Thank you for your fantastic service. We had a gas log effect stove fitted very recently. It looks perfect and throws plenty of heat out. Staff in the shop were very helpful and efficient. Jeff (the fitter) did an excellent job. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you.
