The only people that have ever touched one of my vehicles are MOT testers. At almost 70 years old the time came for me to leave replacing the timing belt, tensioner, idler, and water pump, on my mint cherished very low mileage 2015 Kuga to someone else, that even has the engine bay cleaned. I needed peace of mind, confidence, someone 2nd to none who who would treat the Kuga like it was their own.
First impression, place is huge, clean, tidy & impressive. I picked up the Kuga, not so much as a finger print, all removed parts in a box, feel like I did it myself.
Job done.

I can thoroughly recommend Premier Group Cannock 100%. After having a car accident, I didn't know really what lay ahead. The very next morning the lady from Premier phoned me, and all was dealt with in less than two hours. All the staff were fast, efficient, polite, and did all the arrangements. In two weeks, the work was done perfectly, and the car was like brand new. I didn't have to drive anywhere. Everything was brought to me. Well done everybody at Premier Group.

Excellent service. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was kept up to date on progress with my repair. I left some items in the courtesy car when it was taken back and Wendy rang me the following morning and brought them back the same day.

2nd time I've had work done here and cannot recommend the place enough, first had range rover bumper done after bump which was excellent then has a problem with ducati rear mudguard that took the paint off rear wheel. Took it to premier who resprayed both wheel gold and carried out new front and rear sprockets and chain. Absolute attention to detail with these guys, superb job and highly recommend for car and motorbike repairs. Will 100% use in the future.

Just had my car returned from premier group hednesford.. to say I am over the moon with the quality of repair isn’t enough. From beginning to end the service has been outstanding. Updated daily via text and email total peace of mind knowing at every stage how my car was progressing through the repair. The telephone staff are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The guy who Collected my car and dropped the courtesy car was great.. the staff who brought my car back equally great and friendly. (Wendy) sorry I forgot the guys name. Absolutely delighted. Car returned clean, shiny and smelled lovely inside.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. It is the second time I have used the body shop at Premier and on both occasions I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism. From the helpful reception team, the delivery team and body shop staff. My car was only six months old an the repair superbly carried out, and returned valeted too. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier and would like to give a special mention to Scott and Wendy who advised and kept me informed along the way.

Amazing service. Booked my MOT with them last minute and they managed to get me in within short notice. Quick service. Took my car at the allocated time slot and received a call back within the next 2 hours to say it’s all ready to be picked up. Such a fast, efficient service. Girls on reception (sorry I don’t know the names) were really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a great service.
