Lea Hall is a spacious events venue offering multiple rooms for functions as well as sporting and community events.

Lea Hall is a large venue suitable for a wide range of evens and functions. The centre benefits from a large car park, disabled access and free Wi-Fi. Lea Hall is well located on the outskirts of Rugeley close to Cannock, major roads and next to Rugeley Town railway station. There are designated smoking areas and prices are very competitive for all types of room hire.

Use of public bars, function room hire and attendance at events do not require any form of member ship to Lea Hall. Memberships available for use of additional social and sports facilities.

The function rooms at Lea Hall are ideal for hire for a wide range of events including family functions, wedding receptions, engagement parties, Christenings, baby showers, funeral receptions, birthday parties and more.

The rooms are also available for presentation / awards ceremonies, corporate events or hosting charity events.

Although self catering is an option, S & K Catering deliver a first class in house service.   S & K offer an extensive range of catering options to suit all budgets and dietary requirements from hot or cold buffets to 3 course meals with waitress service.

Event Planning

The Lea Hall Events Coordinator is on hand to help with your planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly.   You will be able to discuss your desired room layout and our room decoration service that includes:

  • Seat covers – with or without bows (colour of your choice)
  • Linen or paper table covers
  • Top table with skirt
  • Cake table with skirt
  • Tables and table cloths

In order to further take the stress out of organising your event Lea Hall also work closely with partners to deliver a range of decorations/room accessories of your choice including table centres, flowers and balloons and more.

Flexible set up and finishing times are available for those wanting to organise the event themselves with just room hire from Lea Hall.

 

Meeting Rooms at Lea Hall

Lea Hall has 2 meeting rooms available furnished in board room style for meetings or smaller community groups.  Projector and screen available for hire. Tea, coffee, refreshments and catering options to suit all needs.

Meeting Room 1 – Located on the first floor this meeting room is suitable for up to 24 people.  It is large enough to be set out in classroom style for those wishing to deliver training.

Meeting Room 2 – Located on the ground floor this meeting room seats up to 12 people.
