We were given short notice from our previous landlord to move out and Keable have been amazing with supporting us at getting a new place. Everything goes so quickly now so we were getting nervous, but they got us a viewing quickly and moved fast with the application. Big shout out to Ben and Sade for all their support :)

Keable Homes have managed my investment property for many years and I've received wonderful service and support throughout. When It was time to sell the house, Keable Homes was the obvious choice because it was a tricky property to value and I trusted their judgement. As a disabled person I needed quite a lot of support with viewings and frank feedback. Vicky sold my house for me and did a wonderful job! I hadn't ever lived in the property and wanted someone who could be my 'eyes and ears' but who also understood current trends and markets. She was able to point out issues that needed attention in a really friendly and non-judgemental manner and showed me wonderful consideration.My three grown-up children wish to thank her too because I never needed to call on them for help and advice. Excellent value relative to other estate agents in the area, yet this came with absolutely no compromise in terms of professionalism and level of service. Particular mention to Victoria who was our main point of contact. She was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Excellent service from start to finish. Their correspondence was exceptional throughout and they were able to progress our house sale in a timely fashion, even with the limitations that COVID-19 presented. Sent an email to request a viewing for a property the same day that it was posted, they never came back to me, called them and told me that they were waiting for dates, called again and they said they didn’t get my request (even when I sent it twice) but they were going to contact me as soon as they have available dates for the viewing (this week), never called me back and now the property is off the market (let agreed)!
