Very unprofessional firm and not equipped to do the job. All they had to do was move a piano from one room to another. They tried lifting it with furniture straps, dropped it several times and damaged it. Although they offered to pay for a repair to the piano they then refused to pay me unless I signed to say it was a Full and Final Settlement. This is despite the fact it has not been possible to repair properly and is permanently damaged. The silent system built within the piano is also now impossible to use. They refused to pay to rectify that.
Avoid this firm at all costs. I have had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket and they refuse to repay me what I have spent to try and put right damage caused through their incompetence.

No other service like it, at very short notice came into storage on saturday and within two hours all done, brilliant staff with excellent customer service, couldnt have asked for anything more, a massive thank you, to the lads who work there and the owners Steve and John xx

We used JLF to move house last week & were impressed with the efficiency of the company from the initial quotation visit to supplying boxes packing & Garrie & Paul arriving on time to quickly & professionally pack all our worldly goods into the van then take them to our new address just as quickly & efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

JLF were amazing from start to finish, from booking with office staff (with plenty of last minute removal date changes!) they were accommodating/professional and friendly. The removal day went without a hitch with lots of laughs along the way, Andy and Rich are a credit to your company. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to family and friends. Keep up the good work.

JLF were appointed by insurance company to take my mum's furniture into storage whilst her house was repaired following a flood. Of all the many companies involved, JLF were the only ones who didn't let us down in any way! The girls in the office were friendly efficient and helpful, and the guys doing the removals/returns were fantastic - friendly, helpful, courteous and more than a little bit cheeky, which really helped put mum at ease! Great care was taken of her furniture and it was all returned in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We used JLF for our removal on 18/11, they turned up on the time that they said and started work immediately, the two men that came Jamie and Matt were excellent we couldn’t wish for anyone better. They moved everything and didn’t want any help at all. I would recommend this firm 100%. I can’t thank you enough.

JLF removals helped us move house yesterday and they were absolutely brilliant! They completely removed all the stress of moving and did all the hard work for us! All 3 lads were so friendly, chatty and could not do enough for us. Even after everything was moved they made sure every box was in the right place and were happy to move anything again to make sure! Can not recommend them enough! Thanks again! We hope to never move again but I would use them everytime if we did, worth every penny!

If your moving house these guys are amazing. They go above and beyond very professional. Moved our home contents at very short notice for a very reasonable price. We just couldn't imagine all that stuff being moved in time including a 6 person Spa. Thank you so much and not even a broken glass

The service I received in April 2023 was impeccable. This is my first experience using a house moving company so was nervous about my belongings but can honestly say I had zero issues.
