First aid Massage is headed by highly qualified Sports Massage Therapist Sigita. Sigita has been a keen sportswoman from a young age and understands the frustration of injury; along with the benefits of sports massage. Sigita takes great pride in delivering a friendly and professional massage service that has helped people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Injury Treatment
Sigita has experience in dealing with a complete range of musculoskeletal injuries in both athletes and the general public. Sigita offers a holistic approach to injuries which can include 'hands on' treatments, the development of a structured exercise program to assist recovery and to avoid future pain and potential future injury.
Customer Referral
First Aid Massage continues to grow through customer recommendation. Those that utilise Sigita's services appreciate the progress they make and the fact that Sigita will not advise unnecessary future appointments. Success for Sigita is seeing a person reach optimal performance and for them to recommend the service to others as and when required.
Injury Prevention
Athletes who train at a high intensity and/or frequency are at increased risk of injury without professional assistance. First Aid Massage welcomes those athletes who wish to use Sigita's expertise to avoid injuries before they strike. Regular massage and consultation from First Aid Massage can ensure athletes are able to reach performance goals through avoidance of preventable injury.
External Bookings
First Aid Massage can arrange treatments trackside, courtside or pitch-side for specific events. Bookings from event organisers or clubs who require sports massage prior to or after competition are welcomed.

Sigita’s a great physiotherapist and is very knowledgeable on various sports injuries! I went to see her for back pain (Golf induced) which she sorted out for me! I now go routinely to keep on top of things due to being an office worker and keen golfer!

Just had my first sports massage with Sigita who was recommended by a friend. She was very professional and knowledgeable and pin pointed exactly what the problem was with my knee offering advice on how to manage the injury. I was very impressed and booked another appointment in a couple of weeks.

I have been seeing Sigita for over 2 years. As a regular gym user she always provides a fantastic and friendly service. Sigita has a lot of experience enabling her to deliver such a high class service and provide beyond value for money. She is excellent in listening to any problems and addressing. She knows all the painful points to push (in a good way) and come out feeling less tense. She is excellent in listening to your needs and tailoring her service to suit individuals.

I have seen Sigita on a number of occasions for a recurring back problem. Sigita always teats you with a caring and professional service. She gives a very professional service and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of muscular problems. I am very happy to always return and come out feeling more relaxed after my visit.

Excellent sports therapy massage. Sigita is very knowledgeable and explains the reasons for any issues I am having so that I can help myself in managing them. The sports massage she gives is very strong and she works on all areas of the body making it a very comprehensive treatment. She also uses cups and taping where needed.
