Cannock Chase Leisure Centre is owned by Cannock Chase Council and managed by Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles. The large leisure centre is located on Stafford Road, adjacent to Cannock Park.
Activities for all
Cannock Chase Leisure Centre boasts excellent facilities for a wide range of sports and leisure activities. The centre takes pride in providing services to all local residents through a wide range of programmes and events to encourage participation. It's all about fun, friends and fitness.
Free Parking & Disabled Access
The centre benefits from a large free on-site car park and disabled access with a lift to access the first floor facilities.

Gym, Fitness Classes and Personal Training
The Gym at Cannock Leisure centre offers a wide range of equipment including cardio vascular equipment as well as a wide range of resistance training machines, free weights and a functional training area. A wide range of inclusive fitness classes are also included as well as use of the swimming pool.
A wide range of fitness classes are available at Cannock Leisure centre including Body Pump, Kettle Bells, Zumba, Step, Insanity and GRIT. These classes are designed to be inclusive whilst challenging everyone to be active whilst being part of a group.
Swimming Pool and Swimming Lessons
Cannock Leisure Centre has 3 swimming pools which are used for swimming lessons, swimming clubs, open swim and aqua aerobics.
The main pool is a 25 metre pool with 6 lanes. A second pool in the main area features a movable floor that enables the pool to be adjusted to different depths to suit the activity. The third pool is a smaller, shallower pool which is aimed at helping those learning to swim to develop their skills and confidence. The pools are used for a variety of activities with a busy timetable.
Swimming lessons for all ages are available at Cannock Leisure Centre, taught by highly skilled, qualified swimming teachers. Sessions are available from babies from 4 months old, toddlers, children and adults. Lessons are delivered using the ASA Learn to Swim framework.
Swimming Pool Parties
The small or main pool can be hired for birthday parties. 'Splash Attack' parties are also available with a large inflatable that provides a wet and slippy obstacle challenge in the main pool. Party packages can also include use of a separate room for party games and cake cutting etc.
Sports Hall Activities and Hire
Cannock Chase Leisure Centre Sports Hall is available to hire for a wide range of sports and events. With a floor space of over 8 badminton courts it offers flexible hire from 1 court for an hour, through to party hire and private event hire.
Golf
Cannock Park Golf Course is an undulating 18 hole, par 67 parkland course located adjacent to Cannock Chase Leisure Centre.
Opened in 1988 Cannock Park Golf Course provides a challenge for golfers of all abilities. The course is open throughout the year and the use of trolleys, caddie carts and buggies is allowed, weather permitting.
The course is an 18 hole parkland course which is a par 67 over 5143 yards. Gentlemen, ladies and junior golfers are all welcome at the course. Cannock Park Golf Course is open 364 days a year and provides excellent value golf. There is a golf shop at the golf reception providing balls, tees, gloves and club hire.
Children's Parties
Children's Parties at Cannock Chase Leisure Centre include soft play, swimming parties and football parties. All get the kids active and having fun! A party at Cannock Chase Leisure Centre is sure to be fun and get the children active. Contact to discuss the party possibilities!

I have been coming 3 years after being referred to a respiratory course. Enjoyed the gym and now its been refurbed is excellent. Staff on all stations are polite, helpful and pleasant. Thats reception, gym, life guards, personal trainers etc.

The service is second to none. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are spotless. All the classes are enjoyable, all the customers are friendly and we motivate one another. I look forward to every visit.

Been using this lovely place for many years now finally ventured into the gym wow what a refurb!! Excellent value for money as a member would recommend highly!

pool is not very clean.Ladies shower areas are dirty and full of mould .Got an infection after using them.Staff are friendly and helpful despite poor facilities Sauna is small and often crowded

The golf course is excellent, great value for money. Very friendly staff. I have enjoyed playing the course for many years.

Website has been down for days. Nobody EVER picks up the phone, changing rooms are always dirty on floor to the point it's a risk. One time the pool has sick in it but nobody changed the time table turned away. Time tables are bizarre when you actually want to swim most likely you can't. Aside from that it's a nice facility modern clean pool. But questionable management process. Happy to assist further if you need Chase leisure.

Attended an event here, a lovely afternoon seeing the stalls and stands.Very interesting learning about Cannock chase and their wonderful community. Warm and welcoming I hope they have more of these events on- the 'trashion show' was wonderfully done!

Really pleased with the swimming lessons. Charlotte is very good and my kids are progressing well. However * Parents don't take shoes off meaning we are walking through dirt and mud to get to the pool. This goes through to the pool area, doesnt help to keep pool clean. * Showers really smell recently of urine * Clothes left in stalls instead using the many lockers. (They don't all lock but if you're happy leaving the clothed unattended in a stall they can be dumped in a locker)

Love the classes here, a great variety and really positive and energetic instructors. Not such a fan of the clientele who wear outdoor footwear around the pool changing rooms - the signage is big enough for people to notice, also, those who park in the parent and child spaces, please think of those of us crossing the car park with small children. There are plenty of spaces for all, park further away - get your steps in!!

Ive been hunting for local Tai Chi classes for years! So pleased to find them at the leisure centre, the instructor is so good, full of knowledge and guidance, the classes are so relaxing for the mind and body, loving it ?
