Spacious Shop
In a retail world dominated by online sales, Bridgtown Cycles provide a face 2 face personal sales and assistance service. The spacious Cannock shop features a wide selection of cycles and accessories and visitors enjoy visiting the shop to see the products first hand, try on clothing and to discuss the quality cycles and accessories with the expert staff.
Cycle Service Centre
The Bridgtown Cycles Service Centre is a fully functioning service centre located at the rear of the ground floor of the shop. The qualified Cytech mechanics provide a complete repairs service from flat tyre tube replacements through to complete rebuilds. All work is guaranteed with rapid turnaround times to minimise cycle down time. A general service starts from just £35. All cycles are welcome whether purchased from Bridgtown Cycles or elsewhere.
Service Plans
Service plans are available for regular servicing and maintenance to ensure your bike stays in the very best condition. Service plans from Bridgtown Cycles are available for small monthly payments that allows customers access to the workshop with servicing reminders to avoids unnecessary wear and tear that could lead to high cost repairs.
Coffee Bar
For the comfort and convenience of customers Bridgtown Cycles also have an in-store Coffee Bar. The Coffee Bar is the ideal place for a pre or post cycle catch up or to just enjoy a drink whilst chatting to like minded cycle enthusiasts.
Bike Fit Service
Bike Fit is an invaluable service provided at Bridgtown Cycles by appointment. Bike Fit is a 2-4 hour service fine tuning the bike set up and rider position using analysis of rider level and goals, pedal action, rider asymmetry, physical assessment, saddle review, video analysis, shoe / cleat assessment and handle bar setup. Brilliant bike shop that sells what you want rather than looking for a quick sale with what they have. Mikes advice on speccing the bike and the bike fit , Lynn’s customer service and Steve’s build / post sales are all top notch. Recommended to all.

Edited Because I've Just Had a Bike Fit and It Wouldn't Let Me Make a New Review, Which it Deserves. Having bought shoes from Bridgetown I returned for a bike fit. It's something I've meant to do for ages and never got round to. I'm so glad I did and only regret not doing it sooner. Mike is so knowledgeable, but adept at presenting that knowledge in an easy to understand way. He spends time listening and finding out from you how it feels when you ride, before measuring your feet and casting an experienced eye on your pedalling and overall position riding your bike on a turbo. His diagnosis immediately made sense and explained some of the issues I've been having and how I'd reached a plateau in many ways despite working harder than ever. For me it was firstly about my feet, the imbalance of stresses starting there and affecting my muscular-skeletal system right up to my lower back. Honestly it was like magic, back on the bike with a couple of adjustments and, almost like the bike was pedalling itself. A slight exaggeration but not really. Obviously it will take a bit of riding and a few kilometres to know this is as big a benefit as it feels and not just the novelty, but I'm inclined at the moment to think this is the best value thing I've ever paid for in cycling terms I was looking for a new pair of cycling shoes, chose some just because I'd seen others wearing that make but Steve helped me chose some that were far better for me. The shop is smart, large and spotless, the personal service and expertise is second to none, when it comes to cycling Steve and Lynney have been there and done it. Wore my new shoes this morning and I'm delighted.

Booked in for a bike fit with Bridgetown cycles, could not recommend Bridgetown cycles services more! Lynne and Mike were absolutely amazing, really friendly and knowledgable. they offered me coffee multiple times and got me a bottle of water. It was mike who carried out the bike fit, he was so knowledgable about all things bikes and had lots of advice for my up coming ironman! he took loads of care doing the fit spent lots of time on me, it wasn't rushed at all. My bike now feels amazing to ride, literally noticed an instant difference! Even recommended that i could do with a different length of crank, however recommended I see how I go before changing them as that can be quite expensive, so even helped me save money! Had some new grip tape for my new handlebars and Lynne taped them up for me! Mike also sent me all my data and measurements in an email as well! 100% recommend Bridgetown cycles for anyone getting into cycling, triathlon or even an experienced cyclist, they're honestly top tier!

100% would recommend Bridgtown Cycles for all things bikes! Wanted to write this review sooner but after purchasing a new gravel bike from them, I haven't stopped riding it. From the very start Steve and Lynn were super helpful and friendly answering any questions and helping me with the whole process. I can't thank both of them enough with how smooth the buying process was and how happy I am with the bike and the after sales care. Also the coffee is great so make sure to stop there on your ride!

Had a bike fit with Mike, arranged at pretty short notice. Dealt with Lynne for the booking, she was very friendly and helpful and met me when I turned up and was the same. Mike really knows his stuff. Some bike fitters work on a computer and use a "system", Mike isn't like that. His 20+ years of experience and knowledge of how the human body works on a bike, together with a very keen eye to spot what isn't working right for the individual rider, is far more valuable and effective than any system. As for my own fitting, Mike went through every change and explained why it would work, particularly the ones I looked especially perplexed or puzzled about! Needed to change out a couple of parts to get comfortable on the bike (which was my only real goal coming in, I don't race) and Mike achieved that to a degree I never believed possible. I've been riding for 46 years now and I don't recall every being as comfortable over a 2 hour ride as I am now. I can't recommend Bridgtown Cycles highly enough, will definitely be using them again, we need to support our local bike shops!

2 miles into a bike ride this morning and my derailleur decided to do a 180 and got stuck in the back wheel spokes. I rang up and they asked me to drop it down warning they may not have the parts in stock, well here’s where the experience just got better… not only did they have the parts but Ian explained what he was doing, showed me everything along the way and tested everything, gears, brakes etc. The part was swapped and I agreed even though it didn’t quite need it to swap the chain too. Topped off with a nice vanilla latte and some new juice in the tyres - I’m now back ready to ride within 2-3 hours of the incident happening! Staff in the shop were so friendly and knowledgable! Will be taking it back to get it serviced too! Thank you so so much!
