I have uses Elaine three times for conveyancing and have been super pleased with the service on all occasions, especially from Holly who's part of the residential property team, she has kept me informed at every step, always calls or emails when she says she will and is a credit to the company. Would highly recommend!

You could not pay me to use Ansons Solicitors again! The lack of care and communication has been appalling. I was promised an update on 29th January and I am still waiting. I have emailed them asking for a response 4 times and have been completely ignored. I was declined an update when I tried to call today. I have never had such terrible service! I am Shocked and disappointed by the lack of respect they have for their clients.

Completely useless, shame as they talk a good fight and promise the work, take your money and then you're just fobbed off with "oh they are not in today, can I take your number and get them to message you back" which they never do! Do yourself a favour, stay away!
