We were recommended to Factotum when our office manager fell ill and she decided we needed some proper help in her absence. Since then, Factotum have been by our side throughout the growth of our business, their service always reliable and tailored to the immediate needs of the day. The thought of returning to an answerphone full of unpredictable and undecipherable messages used to fill me with dread - with Factotum that's now a distant memory!

As a company, we decided to use Factotum as of late October '15 as our answering facility, what a difference to our business! The girls are professionals of the highest level, the manner in which our clients, present and prospective are handed deserves a 5 out of 5. Existing clients have been very complementary of the service, new clients have found the service very easy and prefer a human tuch compared to a answering machine,plus we have gained many hours a week to concentrate on our work, whilst our calls are managed.
I used the services of Factotum when I realised potential new patients were ringing off rather than leaving messages on my voicemail. The staff took the time to get to know how I operate so that they could deal with inquiries appropriately. They achieved a good balance between efficiency and friendliness. I received many complements about them from my patients, who often had no idea they were dealing with an external agency.

LDS have been using Factotum since 2006, it was one of those business decisions that we ummed and aarghed about for some time, once we did it we thought why did it take so long. In the years since I don't think Factotum have dropped the ball even once.
Factotum offer TBM an excellent telephone answering service. During our busy periods, if all our staff are engaged on the telephone speaking with clients we can be assured that any additional calls will be answered by Factotum. We know that all calls will be answered promptly, professionally and within minutes the details of our clients enquiry will be passed to us so we can deal with. This gives us total peace of mind that all our calls are answered and handled professionally and nothing is missed.

Factotum do what they promise and when promised and with a smile. They are your perfect answer for telephone based services such as remote answering and message taking. I constantly refer them to new clients and am delighted to do so.
I've used Factotum on and off for over 12 years. I was one of their earliest clients. At that time they ran my diaries entirely. I could not have managed without them when my stepmother retired and I really did not want someone else to come into my "home office" to manage the calls. Absolutely first class.
Sarand business software has been using factotum for five years. They give us a highly personalised and professional service. I have an extremely packed diary so spend little time in the office so rely on them a great deal. If I am waiting for a particular client to call I just let them know and I know that they will get hold of me. I also have a busy home life with three children and if there is ever a call about the kids they track me down and make sure I have been spoken to. I cannot recommend them highly enough and could not run my business without them.

Using Factotum Frontline gives me the satisfaction of seeing the right staff resources being used in the best, most cost effective way.
Factotum has supplied a virtual receptionist service to Legal Surfing since 2003. I use them because my Clients prefer a personal answer rather than an answering machine, my Outlook diary synchronises with the Factotum diary so that the virtual receptionist knows where I am., if a call is urgent, Factotum will find me and put the caller through and Factotum is very much part of the “Team”.
The team at Factotum are delightful and offer all my clients empathy and understanding and know instinctively how to manage each individual call. I have no worries that all my clients receive only the best possible service which is so important as they are the first port of call for new clients. The team always ensure that they obtain the required information and use their discretion if they are concerned about a call so I have advance notice on sensitive issues.
Factotum is a very efficient and dedicated team. They are helpful, willing to get to know you and your business and I have never received any negative feedback from my customers which means they are doing their job. I feel confident that our business communications are in good hands.
Having used other answering services in the past, finding Factotum was a breath of fresh air.
