One of the big changes taking place for businesses large and small is the introduction of the National Living Wage in April 2016.

Every single employer will need to ensure that any employees aged 25 years or older are paid at least £7.20 per hour as long as they are not in the first year of an apprenticeship.

We can provide advice and guidance if any employer has any concerns about its introduction, please call us on 01932 564098.
