My Mum gifted my sister and I a colour consultation with Hayley. I didn’t really know wha to expect, but we had so much fun! I learned a lot about what colours work for my skin tone, eye and hair colour. It’s made me think differently about how I style myself. Hayley was so friendly and I would highly recommend - it was a fabulous experience!

Superb service from start to finish.John visited us twice and was always punctual and respectful to our requirements. We even went to view how our doors would be made.The team of fitters did a great job over the two days especially since they were trying to fit new windows without damaging our wooden linings. I have already recommended Fortis windows and will not think twice about using them again.

Fortis have just completed work replacing 8 windows and our back door. The service has been exemplary. Clear communication throughout, a competitive quote and all timelines met. Our house is old and no walls are straight so it was not an easy job and yet the fitters remained professional and cheerful throughout. We have had a lot of work done on our house over the years and I can honestly say I have never been as pleased with both the way a job was carried out and the end product. The attention to detail was fantastic and they clean up REALLY well - I think the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!! If you are looking for someone to fit windows or doors look no further I don't think you could find a better service.

I’ve dined here a few times and love the food. Today was the first time trying the Sunday sharer. It was absolutely delicious, …I think this is the first time I’ve ever given 10/10, every bit perfect and not overwhelming, you choose what goes on the plate …actually took some home for later. 😀Well done & see you soon.

What a cosy, comfortable, friendly local cafe/Bistro. Have visited the daytime cafe on a few occasions and have enjoyed each visit. The food, drink and ambience are perfect for you to sit and relax and enjoy a catch up with friends or family. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of visiting, you won’t be disappointed. Keep doing a great job and will be back soon☕️🍰

Driving past and thought we would call in. Never been before. My wife had the omelette that was perfectly made and was very nice. I had the homemade cheese and onion pie with triple cooked chips, pie was really nice, chips were ok, but I think they came out of a bag of frozen chips. Beans with both dishes were good quality. I had a pint of lager which was ice cold and very nice, my wife had the coffee, ask for it stronger unless you like weak coffee as we had to take it back and swop it. Second one was ok. All in all friendly staff, good service and good food at a reasonable price. Would go again if I was passing.

I have been to Cosalea before and really enjoyed it, however on this occasion I was really disappointed. We had booked a table and highlighted that we would need a high chair as we had my daughter with us, upon arrival we were told we could not have a high chair due to a party having them all. Luckily my daughter could still reach the table sat in a normal chair so it wasn’t a massive issue, but there was another table also waiting for a high chair for a small baby. I ordered a club sandwich, it came with no crisps. I had to ask the person serving us if I could have my crisps. Then the actual club sandwich itself was just awful, the chicken tasted days old and was grey and it actually made me feel sick. Another member of staff informed us that the chicken was made that day, however by this point I had completely lost my appetite and chose not to re-order anything. I don’t think we will be returning after this visit unfortunately.

The reason for my title for this review is that I was taken very unwell in the dining room during our first night there, and the staff responded so quickly and tactfully, and only showed concern for me. I left them with some cleaning up to do, but they waved away my apology. Not all hotels would have dealt so well. Unfortunately it seems I had picked up a virus, so in the morning we checked out instead of our 2 night stay and with out breakfast. As if that wasn't enough I then found out when I got home that I had left my hand bag and my husbands coat on the bed. But the staff had already rang our home and left messages on the answering machine. We had invited friends to join us for dinner that night, as they lived fairly near to the Red Hall when I told them what had happened they volunteered to go the the hotel and collect the bag and coat, and bring it to our home in N. Wales. I think we were lucky in our choice of hotel and friends. We will return to the Red Hall as soon as we can, the hotel is spotless in all areas and lovely big rooms too. The dining room is really comfortable and well designed, all in all one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for a long time
