After listening to a friend who has recently visited Nadia for some help rebuilding herself after a family loss the whole session sounded quite interesting almost fascinating so even though I don’t feel out of sorts the idea of delving a little bit deeper into myself and highlighting any areas that might benefit from some development I decided to visit Nadia myself and that is exactly what she did we looked at strength and weakness, values and aspirations the reason why I am able to take on some tasks with ease yet can move a to do list on and on for days - really helpful to understand the barriers our subconscious puts in our life and how we can overcome and make strategies to overcome and improve on ourselves ! I have recently had some 1:1 coaching with Nadia which has been transformative.
When I started I was highly stressed, highly anxious and was stuck with some deep routed trauma. My chest was tight, I felt like I couldn't breathe some days, and I felt really unhappy. After only 6 sessions I feel totally different. I no longer feel anxious, I have no pains in my chest and I feel tonnes calmer and happier.
Not only have these physical effects been noticeable, I've come away with tools I can use for always, which will help me should any of this start to return.
I am so grateful to have met Nadia who was exactly the coach I needed. Very tentative and kind yet firm and assertive. She has a wealth of knowledge and an amazing coaching style that I would highly recommend.
