We went to look at a car and were introduced to Muj, who was very polite, immaculately dressed, knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. After a dismal visit to a Jaguar dealer earlier in the day, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a family run company where nothing felt scripted or pressured. We knew it was late when we arrived and expected to return another day but we were told 'we will close when you are ready to leave' We were made to feel that our custom was appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble.

Brilliant service, couldn't be happier. Tom and Chris B did everything to perfection. Took all of our belongings to the rooms we wanted, very polite lads. They had to move the van for our neighbours to get out the road and they didn't bother at all. Couldn't have been easier, such a smooth move from start to finish. We would definitely use them again. Where to start, firstly, Patrick and Chris B were simply amazing! We can't thank them enough - they made our day, they really did! They completely took the stress away when it came to the physical move.
We had quite the trying day on move day due to our solicitors delaying everything. Patrick and Chris arrived on time, they listened to what we needed and got everything packed up in an heartbeat! At this point we still wasn't sure if we were going to complete still due to our solicitor having some last minute issues. I had explained to Patrick the situation and he was so understanding and patient with us. They left and I told Patrick that I would call him when we got news. Long story short, we didn't get the keys to our new house until 16:50 on Thursday of the Easter weekend. I called Patrick panicked about the time and thought we might be in the situation whereby we had the keys but wouldn't be able to get our furniture unloaded because of the time. Again, Patrick and Chris were amazing and was at our new house ready to go with the unpacking. They went above and beyond to get us into our new house with all our furniture plus the assembly of a large wardrobe. They stayed with us until the job was done. They were simply out of this world and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great removals company. Really friendly, patient, understanding and will definitely use them again!
