i passed my test with Graham and he was an excellent instructor and a great laugh always smiling with a drink from costa coffee. I passed my test in no time with Graham after having a useless instructor just driving round and learning nothing but with grahams help i was able to go to my test with confidence :) . I also got my other half to do lessons with Graham and it didnt take long and he was on the road 1st time pass :) many thanks Graham !! highly recommended driving instructor !!

Niel Cope from People Matters Ltd. has done a lot of work for my employer, Eventura in order to ensure that HR policies and procedures are at the highest of standards. As a fairly new member of Eventura, Niel ensured that I had a clear job description and contract, ensuring that I was aware of my rights and responsibilities when starting at Eventura. He also created a great induction programme consisting of health and safety and time spent across departments to familiarise me with staff and internal procedures - this was highly beneficial as every organisation operates differently! Within the induction I received a copy of the staff handbook, containing the equality and diversity policy of the company which is readily available for all staff as and when required. A performance appraisal has also since been introduced which allows the management team to monitor staff progress and set targets - a great motivational factor for staff across departments! As Marketing Assistant, I was looking for ways in which Eventura could increase their company profile and client experience standards which lead me to look at qualifying for the IIP certificate. Since then, I have spoken to Niel numerous times regarding certification and he has always been happy to help in answering my questions and registering Eventura for the certification. Niel from People Matters also provided me with advice on how to deal with a dispute with a previous employer - advice and guidance that was much appreciated. In short, Niel at People Matters is highly experienced and offers remarkable advice in order to ensure that HR is of the highest standard at your organisation. Plus he is a great guy, easy to talk to and extremely good at his job! Thanks for all of your help Niel!

I passed my driving test today and i cannot describe in words how over the moon i am! Graham has helped me from scratch with my driving and i can honestly say that he is probably THE best driving instructor you could have; I couldnt see myself with any other instructor. Graham is easy to get along with and i looked forward to every lesson i had booked with him. Excellence and Perfection is key when learning to drive with GDT as they train you to a high standard of driving to prepare you for your test. I would recommend Graham to all my friends who are looking for an instructor to learn with. We had a great experience driving and he kindly put up with my jabbering. Graham also helped boost my confidence in driving by relaxed and friendly lessons. Not only is Graham great but also Lisa in the office who always has a friendly tone and happy to help. Thanks again Graham and GDT!

I was understandably sceptical about the Early Break service when I was first told about it, as I thought it would just be another one of those pointless schemes set up which did not value their work or indeed take it seriously enough. This perception could not have been further from the truth, and throughout my time attending Early Break I have seen and noticed considerable change.
My worker has been well selected as we have a shared range of interests and you could tell that there was much thought put into getting the right person for me. I have attended a varied amount of therapies which Early Break has put on which has relieved a considerable amount of distress, I now feel a lot more at one with myself and am beginning to challenge my anxieties by thinking positively, something which I would have never been able to do without the help of the Early Break service.
In using the service I have learned to get to know myself, and have learned to take life more seriously, I see Early Break as a golden opportunity for people in a similar boat, and it is one which was needed to be grasped with both hands, my worker and I have discussed a plan of action which we have put in place to help me excel in areas which were once left untouched, my worker has helped me identify and work on both my strengths and weaknesses, and I seem to be doing this on a daily basis and to a standard which is acceptable to me, I am looking forward to a life without alcohol.
Although I am still dreadfully anxious about the future and there is still a long way for me to go. I feel that my time using the service has been well spent and it has given me the building blocks I need to move forward. I can honestly say that without the existence of Early Break I would have never overcome my anxieties of starting college, which was essential for me as this would have left me in an inconceivable and untenable position, and this is something which I am indebted to. The hard work of all of the friendly staff is reflected on what I have achieved with them thus far. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone else struggling with alcohol misuse.
