Very modern hotel, spacious, friendly staff, very modern room with huge shower - only downside I couldn't have room service for breakfast. Could also do with alternative harder pillow choice. Room service for evening meal was great and delivered in timely manner and easy wifi connection for work

coffee/tea maker broken.
sky TV not working.
towels looked like that had been used
spillage in lift still there when we returned at night
rubbish on floor of pub.
overall not a good experience. Only good thing was the comfy bed and the breakfast.

Noisy stay - hotel appeals to events/parties but bedroom soundproofing appeared inadequate for guests for a normal nights stay
Other than that stay OK but did prefer the Premier Inn in Bury when stayed in the area previously

Overall the hotel was excellent, it was peaceful. The room was great, we booked a club room and it was very clean and the bed was huge. We are planning on staying longer next time as we did not have time to use the facilities. Only downside was the breakfast was lukewarm.

Really enjoyed my stay was mad welcome by the staff and were really helpful! The room was cosy and the wifi was easy to access, with clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Will definitely be back next year, thank you so much.

The hotel has been refurbished to an incredibly high spec level. The staff are flawless in each department. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure my group received an excellent stay. The best hotel in the area. The manager has had a great impact on this hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were attending the park life festival at Heaton park. Good value for money, very clean and modern rooms. Comfy beds and sky tv. Friendly staff who were able to accommodate for our needs

Great hotel with easy transport link. Staff eager to help. Amazing fitness facilities and pool. Super modern trendy Clubrooms. Good restaurant and tasty breakfast. Happy family break, especially when booked as a special offer!!!

Nice hotel in good location 20 minute walk into the thriving Bury towncentre. Friendly staff in al, parts of the hotel. Went as part of a friday package deal with meal included which was excellent. Overall excellent value for money. Would recommend for a short break.

The room we stayed in was very hot with 2 adults and 2 children crammed in.
The dyson fan was useless to keep the room cool so we needed up having very broken sleep and all woke up rather grumpy.
Any other stay we have had has been in the upper deck rooms and never had any complaints
